LG launches 5-inch phablet Optimus Vu for Rs. 34,500

LG Electronics has officially launched its phablet Optimus Vu in India. This stylish phablet is priced for Rs. 34,500. The smartphone was initially announced by LG at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona in February 2012. And after some time it is available in Indian market.

LG has launched this product to compete with Samsung's Galaxy Note II which is priced for Rs. 39,990. LG Optimus Vu runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich where as the Samsung Galaxy Note II on Jelly Bean.

The LG Optimus Vu is powered by a 1.5GHz quad core processor and a 1GB RAM. This smartphone boasts of a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels with IPS display. It comprises an eight  megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixels front camera. This phone comes with an internal storage of 32GB.
