On Tuesday after a long much awaited time Mahindra & Mahindra finally launched the air-conditiones variant of its four-wheel drive jeep Thar at a base price of Rs 6.75 lakhs.
The company which had till now kept away from fitting the off-roader jeep with an AC, decided to install it after costumer feedback , wherein people felt the need of an AC, senior marketing, vice president, automotive division, Vivek Nayer told reports here.
The new model is priced at Rs 6.75 lakh and upward, he said, adding the model is Bharat Stage IV- compliant.
