Here's another budget Android Smartphone from Micromax, the A44 Superfone Punk. The specifications of the phone aren't very different from what's already available in the budget Android smartphone category. But this is the company's cheapest Android phone till date.

The dual-Sim device runs on Android 2.3(Gingerbread) powered by an 800MHz processor with 256MB RAM. It features a 2MP camera, FM Radio, 1200mAh battery claiming 4 hours of talktime, 140MB internal memory and external memory expansion upto 32GB via microSD. There is no front camera on the device. Conectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 and GPRS.

The device supports multiple video recording formats such as 3gp, 3gpp and mp4. It comes with a motion sensor and a mobile tracker as well.

The A44 weights 120gms and a unique pebble design. The smartphone sports a 3.14-inch full touch screen display with a QVGA resolution.

At such a low price, Micromax has made the effort to bundle in a pair of cool behind-the-neck headphones too. It is available in two colors of black and white.

Because I am absolutely terrible about following through with blog awards, I can't in good conscience accept any more. Thank you very much for thinking of me though!
