Micromax Superfone A84 launched at Rs. 9,999

Micromax has rolled out a new smartphone named A84 Superfone Elite in India at Rs. 9,999. The Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) powered phone features a 10.1cm IPS WVGA display that supports multi-touch and runs on a 1GHz processor. The Superfone comes pre-installed with AISHA, Micromax's voice assistant.

The indegenous company offers a 5MP camera with LED flash in the newly-launched A84 Superfone Elite. There's also a 0.3MP snapper in the front. This phone runs on a 1630mAh battery that can provide upto 5 hours of talktime and 160 hours of standby time.

Users can expand the memory of the A84 Superphone Elite upto 32GB. The connectivity options in the device include Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi and 3G. It also features GPS with A-GPS functionality for location tracking.
